Nour Palace Resort & Thalasso

Frankly I was puzzled by the previous comments but really overall very satisfied with the hotelclean room of course the bathroom deserves to be refreshedthe employees are very kind, the swimming pool and beach topRestaurant quite varied anyway

First of all, a big thank you to the dynamic and young animation team, especially Doudou and the magician, and to our waiter Yassim who has been royally taking care of us all this week.
So what can I tell you? go there and you won't regret it, don't believe too much the bad tongues that only have negative comments, the never satisfied or never satiated.
It's actually not the 5 stars offered but it's well worth what you're going to pay.
Everything is not perfect I understand it but the staff does their utmost to fully satisfy you, whether it's the waiters, the bartenders (who have bananas) the cleaning people, the maids and the thalasso staff, sorry if I forget and well he loves the French...
The sun was out and the sea was still warm 27 to 28 °, the pool a little cold but once in it it goes cream.
Nice quad bike tour, found towards Ali baba. Take the metro (our RER) which is 200m away to get to Mahdia on Friday because the market is huge, or take a taxi for 10 dinars...
The points to work on :
The pool deserves a gentle slope to get down more easily than a ladder.
The food is of good quality but repetitive, but you can enjoy eating outdoors, a terrace and dedicated until the end of October.
Voila, our stay was great, we will definitely go back.

We went on vacation together with my husband, without children, but I really liked the animation. The artists are all talented, and the performances are different every day. The animation and service are excellent, I advise you to visit the hotel.

First time in this resort and really, I am delighted. The swimming pool is incredibly clean, the activities offered within the hotel are varied and what about the staff... Bartenders, waiters, members of the animation, always smiling, dynamic, welcoming! I was planning on being in relax mode, but I had a blast.

🌟 Special mention to the animation team, which is simply on top! A smiling, friendly, dynamic and warm team, who knows how to set the mood without ever forcing. Everything is done naturally, with a smile and a good mood. It is a real pleasure to meet such pleasant people on a daily basis!

❤️ A huge crush for Doudou! A lovely girl, a true love, always smiling and comely. She has this natural kindness that feels good and this way of reaching out to people without ever overdoing it. A beautiful person who really deserves to be honored. Don't change it!

🍹 A special mention also to Bachir and Mr. Sami, two waiters who deserve to be highlighted for their hospitality and kindness. These little attentions, these smiles and this availability contribute enormously to the quality of the stay.

In the end, a hotel is not only about rooms, swimming pools or meals: it is also and above all about meetings, smiles and people who make you feel good.

We stayed at the nour palace resort thalasso from 3 to 10/10 and we had a great stay
The renovated rooms are large and equipped with all comforts the towels are changed every day a big thank you to the maids
Regarding the catering the buffets are varied and generally of good quality a thank you to the kitchen staff and in particular to Rachid and his team of the beach restaurant
A big thank you also to the lifeguard who was able to relieve me with a Tunisian miracle cure (a tomato) after a jellyfish burn!
All the staff very nice and very helpful
Good animation team who knows how to set the mood
Only small downside it would have been desirable especially for a 5-star to have mattresses with the deckchairs at the beach level as is the case for other hotels close to the nour palace

A really nice resort, perfect for a family holiday. The food is really nice and all the workers are really nice people. Guest relation Malak (angel) has been really helpful with enquiries and everything we asked and needed. Very sociable and good to talk to.

Great Hotel, the room was very clean Large with a view of the pool and the sea. The whole complex is very well maintained Axel direct to the beach. The food is very good from morning to evening. The activities are great and the animators are amazing. A little thought to Doudou Rio and Shadi and the whole team. ❤️

Resort in Tunisia, the southern part of the Mediterranean Sea, one of the most beautiful reptiles in Tunisia. My wife and I try to evaluate situations, States and experiences of positive perception. We smoked a complete rest even koli term in mid-September, the temperatures were very pleasant, water temperature for literally hour stays in the water. We were satisfied with the services of the resort, porsonal ustretovy, helpful, has a good knowledge of Slovak, respectively. dough, it's literally our resort. Although there is always something to improve, the ratio of quality for money was very favorable for us.

Magical setting, perfect beach, swimming pool.. The top staff from the bar to the restaurant, to the animators and above all, Doudou a golden animator!!

We recently stayed at Nour Palace Hotel in Mahdia and had a wonderful time overall! By far the absolute highlight of our stay was the animation and entertainment team—they were amazing, energetic, friendly, and kept everyone entertained with fantastic vibes from morning until night. The hotel's location is also fantastic, set right on a stunning stretch of sandy beach while remaining just a short, easy trip into town. We also really enjoyed the food, which offered a fresh and delicious variety of both local Tunisian and international dishes throughout our stay. The only minor drawback was the main pool: while clean and visually stunning, it is quite deep and stays at the exact same depth all the way across rather than sloping gradually, which can make it a bit tricky if you prefer relaxing in shallow water. That aside, between the great meals, beautiful setting, and incredible team, we had a memorable trip and would definitely recommend staying here!
